People keep posting, Thailand expensive, but I'm not seeing it!
I like the Harvey beef from AU. Pass on their local display beef. Frozen seafood; salmon, shrimp. Pork tenderloins and chicken thighs, if they pass the nose test, or from the freezer case. Processed; CP bologna, TGM spicy sausage, salami or pepperoni. That's about it. Makro is basically the only option here for meats. Lotus's here is disgusting, and definitely won't buy from fresh market. Yes, anything involving labor is silly inexpensive here. Along with going O&A, which we'll be on the road Sunday, I think. We don't do tourist areas, and rarely spend 1000 baht a night for bungalow surfside or hillside view, of or from atop. -

School Uniforms
Our school does. They handle everything. Parents just have to hand the receipts in. My previous school just kept the money. Parents didn't even know ther was momey from the government available. Old head teacher got fired for it. Then, the boss who fired the him started doing the same thing, ironically. Not a shred of integrity to be found in most of this country -

Have you been on a luxury cruise?
maybe you could bill them for your time when it is over? Just kidding but I think I might end up feeling the same way. I did take a small vessel cruise for a couple of days out of Bangkok, About ten good friends along with us - but it was not very luxurious and I think we got the same food reheated for the couple of days -

Finally a MAGA point of view i can relate to.
RFK jr is trying to ban certain coloring agents in foods and drinks. Very long overdue and the best way to support healthcare is the banning of chemical agents in food and drink. Looks like people need (forced) protection to stay healthy. There is a long way to go and getting rid of food lobbyists is only the first step. Cooking oils, corn syrup and added sugar need to go! Banning of certain commercials will also help. A small step so far but it has the potential to change the whole USof A and of course the rest of humanity. Higher tax on bad foods,is better than paying taxes on imports.
