Bejjing Airport

Featured Replies

I am passing thru Bejjing this year and have not heard too many nice things about the airport...have a 6 hour layover....is there a first class lounge ...the airport website isn`t very informative.Friends have told me it is a good idea to take an air mattress to relax on and just leave it there as the seating is terrible......any advice or info would be appreciated

There are a number of lounges in the international terminal. However, from memory they will not allow you in prior to 2 hours before your outward flight.

The lounges and seating are comfortable, although the facilities would probably be considered spartan by some western standards eg range and availability of food and drinks.

Suggest you google, and also have a look here:

Depending on what airline you're on, the first class lounge is a shared facility. Yes, nothing special, and that is one of the least desirable airports to spend 6 hours in transit.

6 hour lay over, and another 6 hour delay. depending on your flight time. Airport not so crash hot, been in business lounge, seating ok or 1 or 2 hours..... 6 is another story
