Pumpuynarak Posted September 5 Posted September 5 I had a new Truevisions box fitted yesterday and low and behold the music channels have disappeared, i tried all channels using the remote with no success. I am a daily user/listener to the Rock Channel No 708 so i'm really not happy. I will be contacting Truevisions this morning to find out what is going on, it will require a visit to their branch in my local Lotus as calling their 1242 number reaps no success. They really are becoming a POS imo.
DUS Posted September 5 Posted September 5 Those radio channels, afaik, are only available if you watch through Truevisions´ cable tv service and not via their TrueID/TrueNow service. At least this is how it is at my end.
DUS Posted September 5 Posted September 5 (edited) If you've got the Hybrid+ box or what it is called and you still have it connected to coax cable then you need to change the "input source" on the box. Edited September 5 by DUS
DUS Posted September 5 Posted September 5 (edited) Pretty sure it is a change of cable TV to TrueID/TrueNow that you/the technician did when swapping to the new box. But nothing that can be fixed manually if you still subscribe to their cable TV service Edited September 5 by DUS
