I am trying to open a US Treasury Direct account on line and in order to activate the account I must complete a signature guarantee form and mail it back to them. I went to CitiBank and Bank of America and neither would do it. Any suggestions on where i can get this done? They noted that a notorized seal like from the US embassy would not be acceptable.

They told him the Embassy notary was not accepted. But I have been told by financial houses that they would accept Embassy notary if overseas.
