I wonder where he got that from

https://www.endslaverynow.org/blog/articles/history-of-prostitution-and-sex-trafficking-in-thailand

From the mid-1300s to the mid-1700s prostitution was legal and taxed by the Thai government. The late 1700s to the 1850s witnessed an influx in the number of Chinese labor workers and sex workers coming to Thailand. Prostitution flourished especially after the abolishment of slavery in 1905 as former slave wives under the feudal system found themselves alone and without financial support. Then, the Japanese occupation during World War II popularized sex massage parlors.

And ??? It was like that around the world and Europe too until the 20 th century. 6 and 7 year old children worked like slaves, down the mines also , I Africa they still do. Kids in London and US were lucky if they had shoes on their feet or a coat on their back, and stale bread to eat. So your comparison is not right at all.

We all know there’s prostitution in Thailand, and many other countries.  Doesn’t mean that all females are prostitutes or all men lady boys ., Ridiculous .

Girl or boy? Your hotel / apartment, his /her agency rooms, 18+ or underage???

It's all available in China as in all countries if you search a bit.

It is a shameful profession.

If whole families are too lazy to get a job and live off the earnings of a prostitute they should be ashamed of themselves also.

They could get a real job like everyone else does.

No point sugar coating it.

If it wasn’t a shameful job why would the women in this OP have been offended and in tears?

Thankfully most people have matured beyond that puritanical outlook.

As a woman, it is hurtful to be called what you are not even if your country screams what they are accusing you of. I don't think even prostitutes would want to be called out loud that way in public, when they are not at work. Oth, what do you expect from many Chinese? They disrespect Thais in Thailand, what more when you are in their turf!

Many Thai girls and women do not see themselves as prostitutes as we think they are when working at a bar or freelancing. I guess some bj bars in soi 6, and the places the girls have no or little control who they have to actually serve and go with is a different story, but normal beer bars, I have experienced so many who do not even think about it, or consider themselves as whores or prostitutes. I have to admit it was in my prime times, and I was quite popular and befriended many of those, and also travelled with them for shorter or longer periods. Also returning and meeting up again to catch up.

A few of them also thought falang women was stupid, who did it for free 😄 Those white falang sluts, I'm still laughing thinking of it. Anyway, who cares, really, and why is it necessary to degrade them down to your own little level of thinking and condemning other people?

Chinamen should look in the mirror before calling others out. Chinese is the biggest whore country in the world

You posted so much, yet your reading comprehension went passed over your head. But I won't argue further as you are probably in my father's or grandfather's age.

Funny.....because older people ( allegedly) in your opinion  cannot think? Of course that's in no way ageist is it, for sure  its not because you don't have an argument.
