Motorcyclist Killed in Collision with Car on a Na Jomtien Road

The incident occurred on the morning of October 19 at approximately 07:00, claiming the life of a 59-year-old motorcyclist on a Na Jomtien Road, near the Hin Wong School, as he collided with a car.

 

The incident was reported to Police Lieutenant Colonel Thangakorn Sritrong, the deputy investigator of Na Jomtien Police Station, who immediately dispatched officers and rescue units from the Sawang Rojanathamsatharn Foundation to the scene.

 

 


Upon arrival, authorities found a black Honda Wave motorcycle, registered in Chonburi, sightly damaged. Nearby, the body of the motorcyclist, identified as Boonban Lasri, lay on the road, showing signs of serious injury with blood coming from his mouth and nose.

 

Also at the scene was a bronze-gray Nissan Almera, registered in Chonburi, which had visible damage to the left side door and a detached rear bumper. The driver of the car, 35-year-old Supharat Ruenraeng, was waiting for police to provide her account of the events.

 

According to Supharat, she was driving to work as usual when the motorcycle suddenly swerved and crashed into her car. In shock, she immediately exited the vehicle to assess the situation and called for emergency assistance.

 

Authorities are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash, which has left the local community mourning the loss of the victim.
