I bought an item from Amazon and used my UK debit card. I tracked my item and have had a notice for the last two weeks saying it is delayed at customs. I have heard nothing more. It is in the warehouse at Samat Prakarn. I am asked by Amazon if I want to buy it again. It is a computer watch and only cost £25.

Are Amazon going to refund it or not? Has it been confiscated?

Ask customs if they need more information.

Why would Amazon give you a refund while it is going through customs - unless it has been lost?

Do you have a tracking number?

How was it sent?

Delays often happen...

I had the exact same problem my tracking no told me my item is being held at customs, this was about 7 weeks ago, at Samut Prakarn. Amazon is not interested. so it seems that's me lost my item. Beware you don't get caught in the same trap.

The seems weird.  I'm not from the UK, but from the USA.  Usually, when stuff is shipped from Amazon, Amazon takes care of the customs problem.  One time, I didn't ever receive an item, bit it wasn't because of customs.  And Amazon refunded my money.
