% Mark Up Of Gold,buying From A Gold Dealer?

hi,does anybody know what sort of percentage mark up a thai goldsmith would have to pay for the gold,either pure,or 18k (75%).eg gold granules,bars,for re melting?

or what % we would have to pay for such,on top of the spot price.
