Trump is quieter than normal.

And I'll tell you why. And I am 100% correct.

He told Joe Rogan he didn't have the support network he required when he entered the White House last time. So he's doing two things right now.

1. He is establishing his cabinet.

2. He is preparing dozens of executive orders, including executive orders that he knows will be challenged in the courts.

He's issuing these on day one as he wants these issues decided by the Supreme Court within two years.

An example - one I think will fail. He will challenge birthright citizenship. I cannot see how there is space within the Constitution for that to be overturned. So it will fail at the Supreme Court.

Unless!! And this is me speculating, the Supreme Court finds that illegal immigration = criminal activity = birthright denied due to deliberate and fraudulent "enrichment."

That's the only way I can see Trump winning that case and I predict, next to no chance.

So why do it? Trump is looking for a new Roe v Wade legal victory. NYT V Sullivan is on the cards, and maybe Citizens United. The Sullivan case is far reaching and I think he would win that one.

Trump is preparing dozens of day one executive orders. He's going to come flying out of the traps. And that's why he is quiet.

The problem with the Sullivan case is that it set the bar for defamation too high and worse, too broad.

Gorsuch and Thomas are gunning for it. I think Kavanaugh would join too after his experience in the confirmation hearing.

Talking about Thomas, he's unlikely to retire. He's going to be the longest serving SCOTUS justice in history by around 2028/29. He said he fancied being on the court for 43 years ( his age when elevated ) just to annoy Biden.
