 Tren de Aragua gang member Jose Ibarra was sentenced to life without parole Wednesday for the vicious murder of promising nursing student Laken Riley in a case that ignited a national firestorm over the Biden administration’s open border policy and coddling of illegal immigrants.

Sad there is no death penalty available. I think in Georgia a death sentence needs to be handed down by a jury, and this was a case conducted by a judge only.  We can only hope that the murdering scumbag gets a little taste of what he did to Laken Riley while he is behind bard.

Not sure about that. If that is the case anybody facing death row and is guilty as duck would choose a judge for trial. That would make absolutely no sense.
