Wisanu Krue-ngam has commented on the possibility of former Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra returning to Thailand, stating that her return would be subject to the legal process, similar to her brother, Thaksin Shinawatra, who has already been incarcerated.

On 10th December 2567, Visanu Krue-ngam, former Deputy Prime Minister, addressed media queries about Yingluck’s potential return. He noted that while she could come back, like Thaksin, it would involve a royal pardon process. Should she return and agree to imprisonment, the matter would then fall under the Department of Corrections once the court procedures are completed.

Questions were raised about Yingluck’s health, unlike Thaksin who required hospitalisation. Visanu responded that as far as he knew, there were no reports of Yingluck being ill, while confirming that Thaksin has indeed served time in prison, albeit not under the harsher conditions typical of the public's imagination.

Visanu emphasised that the process followed for Thaksin involved initial jail admission and standard procedures such as signing in, changing clothes, and medical checks before transfer to a detention facility, albeit one newly fitted with basic amenities like a shower.

Regarding doubts about Thaksin's illness, Visanu cited medical assessments and ongoing legal discussions concerning the length of Thaksin's sentence, initially estimated at 11 years but later clarified to be 8 years after judicial consultation.

On expectations for Yingluck's return next year, Visanu advised patience, indicating it would all depend on entering the legal and judicial system, and reiterated the necessity of abiding by the legal process upon her possible return, reported Thai Rath.

true, need around the clock supervision... needed a comfy bed... nice showers and toilets, gourmet food, entertainment, on call 24 hours... nothing found in a cell, in fact I doubt his DNA can even be found.

She should announce she will happily spend twice as much time in the slammer as Thaksin!

give her  12 hours ...............    in General population  !  with the guys ..  (equal rights...  right ? )    then you can call it even

Why does he think that anybody believes a word he says?

A former DPM who served in an illegal coup government.

HE is one among many who should be in jail serving a life sentence for treason against an elected government.

I think he's serious. Do these people understand what a laughingstock they make of Thailand with their pronouncements?

That's stretching it a bit...

What a magnificent shirt for a Thai political establishment figure!

Large dollar signs all over it, unconscious irony or taking the piss?

The sad thing is that HE thinks that he is being serious.

Thaksin whoCuz her a-hole bro did zero jail time...and neither will she. The bad actors brigade continues with this charade. :1zgarz5:
