Heart Concerns/ tests 60+

Featured Replies

I have HBP and Frank's Sign and probably drink a bit too much. I'm currently taking medication.

By all accounts at 60+ I'm in good shape. Active, good BMI, slimish. Absolutely no signs of internal health issues.

I would like to have a CTC and or CTA / calcium score tests performed. Well, actually I would like to have all or most of the heart/cardio test performed.

I would like to have the pathology done outside in a lab where I can get a large battery of tests done for b1300. Is it too cheeky to bring these tests in if and when I have calcium score done? Would demand their own battery of tests?

Bangkok hospital does the CTC a la carte. I have a message in to find out whether I can get the other as well. Experiences St Louis hospital never answers email.

Additional tests would be good as well such a stress test, echo, ECG. I'm obviously willing to pay for that.

Issue is even at St Louis I'm running into prohibitive prices as they include a lot of cheap pathology tests which seemingly bump the price up into the stratosphere.

Comparing the prices and packages is a bit of a nightmare. I've used chat GPT to help me.

The basic conundrum is comprehensive packages are 25k++
