to display a graphic/photo on a reply or on any post using the IE browser

1. click on the IMG button

2. then enter the complete URL location to the graphic to be posted, in this case http://www.thaivisa.com/forms/anna1.jpg

I took almost the exact same pic of karon that you have taken. Also the baby pic in your photo album is one of the best I seen in all the albums.
