ongoing issue

I have narrowed this issue down to the following

 

 when I follow "thailand news live", I get notifications by email from all the news team except one  - georgealbert, posts from all other news team members have no issues, I get an email when they post as it should except for georgealbert,  nothing on my side is blocking or filtering his posts, I follow him individually his posts on the news forum get through to me no problem,  I know this is weird, can you get someone to look into this please, maybe georgealbert was posting on the forum under a different name and I had blocked theim, I really don't know but there is definitely something wrong and again i stress - not on my side, I have sent georgealbert a message and he cannot explain it, sounds trivial but it really is not,
