Lao Worker Loses Leg in Animal Feed Mixer Incident in Nakhon Ratchasima
A young Lao man suffered a severe injury after his leg was caught in an animal feed mixer while working in Pak Chong district, Nakhon Ratchasima. The workplace incident occurred on 10 February in Ban Pha Phai, Chanthuek subdistrict, Pak Chong district, Nakhon Ratchasima, when a young man from Laos lost his left leg in a horrific incident involving the drive shaft to an animal feed mixer. Emergency responders from the Sawang Wicha Pak Chong Rescue Unit, along with medical personnel from Pak Chong Nana Hospital, rushed to the scene after receiving an emergency call. Upon arrival, they found the man with a traumatic amputation of the lower part of his left leg, below the knee, caused by the powerful machinery. First aid was immediately administered before he was transported to Pak Chong Nana Hospital for emergency treatment. Doctors worked to stabilise his condition, and further medical interventions are taking place, with the worker in the intensive care unit. The incident has highlighted concerns over workplace safety, particularly in environments where machinery is used. Authorities are continuing to investigate the incident. -- 2025-02-11 -

Russian Airline Flight Makes Emergency Landing at BKK After Circling for 3 Hours
Russian Airline Flight Makes Emergency Landing at BKK After Circling for 3 Hours Why not Dumping Fuel . It's was classed as an Emergency , They are Allowed to dump their Fuel Pretty Stupid to Fly around for3 Hrs they knew what the problem was. Yes, pilots in Thailand, like pilots worldwide, will still dump fuel before an emergency landing if necessary to reduce the aircraft's weight and ensure a safer landing, following standard aviation procedures; this practice is especially important when the situation requires a landing at a smaller airport or if there are concerns about the runway length due to the aircraft's weight. Key points about fuel dumping in emergency landings: Safety measure: Dumping fuel is a crucial safety measure that allows pilots to land an aircraft at a lighter weight, potentially preventing damage to the aircraft and minimizing the risk of injury in an emergency situation. Coordination with ATC: Pilots must coordinate with air traffic control (ATC) to ensure they dump fuel in designated areas, typically over water or sparsely populated regions. Decision based on situation: The decision to dump fuel is based on the specific emergency situation, the aircraft's weight, and the available runway length. -

Thai Girl Thanks Swiss Saviour a Year After Life-Changing Rescue
Respect to this guy! A lot of people now days would just film it on their phones then post it for likes/follows! Good to see there are still people out there with compassion for others and are willing to help. Also, hope the girl gets compensated properly by the driver, probably not though since this is Thailand.
