I placed an iHerb order on Monday March 10th and it arrived here in Khon Kaen on Thursday March 13th, only 3 days to arrive. Amazing!!

When I placed the order, it said the expected delivery date was March 20-24.

It was shipped from California in the US and went thru South Korea, then to Thailand.

That was fast, arrived, so 6 days, order to delivery. Not too suprising, since drop shipped from their Thai warehouse at Bang Pli, and yet, was charged 217 baht for 'custom's duty' ... WTF

Did send a query for an explanation why, and wonder what silly excuse they'll give, if even answering.

Hate to bitch about fast service at the best prices .... BUT

Hate being scammed also ... WTF

I didn't fail geography, and pretty sure BangPlee isn't considered international, and certainly didn't go through 'customs' ... AND YET ... charged 'custom duties' ... WTF

My guess is that they keep a certain quantity in stock in a tax free warehouse, there are a couple of them in Bangplee. Once they resell it to you they have to clear custom for the items.
