Tightening the Screws on Iran

Featured Replies

Last year I posted this in a topic as to my foreign policy dreams.

Lets see:

Trump cut off aid to Ukraine, threatened sanctions on Putin.

He let Bibi go wild on Hezbollah and Hamas, we worked on Yemen, the IRG is now just a bunch of tin soldiers.

The Beach resort plan is already starting, and looky looky, per me:

"Encourage Azerbaijan to unite with their brothers in Iran. ".

And now lets see whats going on:

https://responsiblestatecraft.org/azerbaijan-israel/

"The push to add Azerbaijan to the Abraham Accords, which Trump considers his signature first-term foreign policy achievement, appears aimed at elevating Baku’s relationship to Washington, and thus potentially emboldening Azerbaijan to take a more assertive stance vis-à-vis Iran. Positioning Azerbaijan at the vanguard of the anti-Iran coalition also aims at galvanizing Iran’s own large Azeri community (up to 20% of the total population). Hard-line U.S. neoconservatives and organizations, such as the Foundation for Defense of Democracies and the Hudson Institute, and their Israeli counterparts have long argued for encouraging Iran’s ethnic and religious minority communities, including Azeris, to rise up against the regime."

You should note that after review of the facts and circumstances, the writer takes the opposite conclusion that I would take, viz: Iran must go, if even by force.

Its easy to make more accurate predictions of life IF you read all sides of an issue.
