We can also see stories of those individuals that live outside of these zones who live to 100-110, who eat red meat, smoke cigars and drink whiskey, so it's a matter of taking good care of yourself with the diet, which is by and large the most important thing, along with movement being second. Having social contacts and keeping stress lower also helps, but genetics plays a part as well, a pretty big one.
