    Sounds like an open air morlam event?

    Big stage, easy a hundred or more participants (dancers, singers...).

    Thousands of spectators sitting  on the ground or standing/dancing.

    Very loud, very "exotic".

    You will not understand what it's about. Saying is that some of the lyrics are quite explicit.

    Unusual for the Siamese.

     

    Entry fee on the other hand sounds like a much smaller event in a (concert) hall?

    There used to be one at the Rhompo market in Jomtien.
