Why shouldn't we trust Trump's word on tarrifs?

 

Former President Donald Trump frequently stated that a comprehensive health care plan would be released "within two weeks." While the exact number of times he used that specific phrase isn't precisely documented, multiple credible sources have noted that he made similar promises repeatedly throughout his presidency.

 

The Washington Post reported that Trump made claims about unveiling or enacting a health care plan at least 15 times since November 2016, often with short, self-imposed deadlines that were never met.
