Looks like a striking resemblance.

So my take? You've pretty much shown that the photo’s angle and context aren’t all that exclusive to the Sydney Morning Herald anymore.

I don't know if Premchai is guilty or not, but I recommend sending him to prison anyway to save his life. He has ballooned so much since he was caught eating a forbidden animal in a Kanchanaburi forest that if he is not forced to lose weight immediately, he'll be dead soon. A prison diet without outside food will do him a world of good.
