Hi,can anyone please give information about my 3 years old son.I have a work permit and I'm still preparing the documents for his Non-O. His tourist visa is going to expire soon and i'm afraid that the documents wont be ready by then..I have heard stories that children below 7 years old are exempted to pay an overstaying fee.Is that true?Please help me.I don't want to be in trouble with the immigration.
