Proof of life forms and Digital processes

And sure, this is covered somewhere but we all know  the farce of the State pension forms not being sent or lost in "post"
On just about all other pension providers they in the main insist on digital verification and via a portal and in a very few instances a form or letter is sent or one could telephone them but we all know the post to and from Blighty can take up to 2 MONTHS to get here.
Yes, many people are just not up to speed on how to use these digital platforms and have no cameras for facial verification.
We wait for non-existant forms to be sent and Crown Bank for instance is fully digital and no other means,
