The Land Transportation Office (LTO), under Acting Secretary Giovanni Lopez, has permanently revoked the license of UV Express driver Ruel Flores Dela Cerna following a severe road accident on Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City, on Friday, October 17. The incident resulted in the death of one motorist and injuries to 13 others, according to the Department of Transportation (DOTr).
