He acts like a clown, yet because his Canadian 'investments' are designed to pump his own portfolio, he may be incentivized enough to actually follow through and deliver.

    The USA under Trump cannot be relied upon any more for anything.

     

    When Trump, Vance are swept away by whoever replaces them, it will take years or even decades, if it is even possible, for the USA to regain the trust of the world.
