Desktop Application Trainer And Support

Hi,

I am a degree-educated (BA Hons) individual with additional specialist NVQs (Levels 2 and 3 - British technical qualification) and experience in first- and-second-line desktop support and application training. I have a strong and solid application testing background (please see previous post) which adds skills transferable to application training. Among the applications for which I am competent to train are:

General Microsoft Windows XP/2000/NT/98/95 usage - how to get the best from your operating system;

Microsoft Word;

Microsoft Excel;

Microsoft Access;

Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express;

Microsoft Internet Explorer;

MSN Messenger;

Mozilla Firefox;

SUSE, Debian and Ubuntu Linux and related applications;

I am a strong presenter and a highly effective communicator with the ability to explain complex technical issues at a level appropriate to the audience.
