congress is schedule to vote on the release of Epstein files next week, Trump cronies have been panicking about it and have bee trying to have some of the GOP members to turn their vote against the release, they did contacted Boebert,  MTG and a couple others, since they declined to follow the WH MAGA advise, Trump decided to use his magical 4 D'S  (Deny, Delay, Deflect and DON'T put anything in writing) anything and everything is good as long as he can delay the release of the files and yet he claim that he has nothing to hide. if that's the case he has nothing to worry about, therefore just release the damn files once and for all, instead he's creation a new diversion using (AGAIN) the DOJ for his own battles, Epstein was right all along, the guy ((Trump) is evil and mad

Even if the Senate caves, Trump has a veto, and if he doesn't veto there will be a concerted effort to designate critical evidence as classified one way or another.

 

The whole exercise of voting is simply to put on record who ultimately blocked the release of the evidence.

 

The reason the uncontested move was made by Johnson was to prevent Republicans being seen to vote the petition down....smart move but it failed.

Well, even if he was implicated, if the possible crimes fell outside of the statute of limitations, then the Justice dept wouldn't release them in the ordinary course of events.

Can you give us some idea of what "evenually" might signify in this case ? Would it be after the midterms? After the 2028 elections? Just before the heat death of the universe?
