fiddlehead
OK, i've been deleting messages that come in this strange script on my computer that appear to be some capital letters along with some jibberish. Like this: ¢Í¢Íº¤Ø³ÊÁѤúÃÔ I am assuming that others have had this problem and hopefully someone out there can tell me how i can read this. (or have my Thai wife read it to me? ) I am using Windows XP SP2 Home version and Firefox browser. These mostly come in my emails although once in a while it'sa thai website. Thanks in advance, fiddlehead
Farma
I haven't used firefox but assume it has similar features to IE. For IE go to the top of the page, click View>Encoding>Thai. The page will reload showing the Thai script.

fiddlehead
Ok, i thank you both and that worked (clicking on view and selecting thai language and the page reloads) HOWEVER, the email is a bit confusing to my wife and she is trying to tell me what it means but, I would really like (if at all possible) to be able to read this in English. Does anyone know if that is possible?
Farma
One method would be to cut and paste sentences from the email into the dictionary area of http://www.thai2english.com/ It will give you an idea of what’s in the email. Between you and your wife you should be able to work out the correct translation.
