Of all the moronic ways to raise questions about safety on public transport, citing isolated incidents has got to take the cake. If I were to adopt your methods, I would use your post to prove that the math education in the US was just about a complete failure.

The accused , 72  times being arrested. This is  Insane.

This is what Dem Democracy looks like in Chicago , Dem leniency initiatives failed the lady who was set on fire.

"They noted Reed’s 30-year criminal record: At least 72 arrests and about 15 convictions, including several for arson, criminal damage to government property, and drug trafficking".

Video: Kellyanne  says its getting close to send in the National Guard in Chicago.

‘The Five’ co-hosts react to Chicago crime following a 72-time offender allegedly setting a woman on fire and a deadly Christmas tree lighting".

Its a good idea the city has safety concerns and its law abiding citizens have no confidence in the policies of the city to address those concerns.

That is a real puzzler......anyone got any clues how that might happen?......I'm at a total loss as to how that could be achieved.
