Yesterday i flew from hat yai to bkk with 1/2 kilo without issue

   Thai Air Asia allows 7 kilos free carry on . 

Any heavier then you have to pay extra

There are no weight restrictions at all for weed if you didnt know that already and has been the case since its decriminalization in 2022

Was the Controlled Herbs (Cannabis) Act  B.E. 2565  and its June 26 2025 amendment that restricts  carrying of cannabis  to 30 days  supply and currently enforced as 30 grams  withdrawn, or are you saying Thailand's airlines are exempt from  the cannabis laws?

 

im saying exactly what i carried in the checked luggage , will you be asking next if i have a prescription for the buds as stipulated by the new ammendment ?

Yes.

 

Withdrawn/postponed indefinitely, on June 28, 2025.

 

 

 

 

Update, no issues encountered. Small amount, brass pipe, and a smoke buddy in my backpack.
