This whole issue just keeps heating up and getting more and more ridiculous! Of course, I am talking about the Israeli embassy forcing the Foreign Correspondents Club to ban people and squelch the video recording of the Barry Rubin talk.

Numerous letters in the BKK Post, and (reportedly) another column to appear in the papers on Sunday! The embassy has approached at least three embassies and several others to get names of those 'oposing' their speaker.

A certain well-known sex tourist writer and right-winger has tried to throw his lot in with the Israelis, but has had difficulty. I guess when you admit your a sexpat, it is difficult to be taken seriously in a political debate! Where is gnarly kitty?! We need a voice of reason!

haha -- well, the journo community seems to be in chaos because this, the papers are filling up with rumours etc, and black lists are being compiled. the point? who knows -- we will see what happens!
