The PM emphasized the need for Vietnam's youth to demonstrate political loyalty and embrace innovation, urging them to break personal limits and lead initiatives in national development. He also called for improved opportunities for young workers, focusing on foreign languages, IT, digital transformation, and environmental protection.The Congress gathered 348 delegates representing nearly 200,000 members. Established in March 2025, the union includes young officials in various government sectors. The Youth Union has launched initiatives in process improvement and digital transformation, alongside numerous volunteer and innovation projects, reflecting the government's vision for sustainable national growth.The Prime Minister asked governmental bodies to support young members, promoting the Vietnam Youth Development Strategy. The Congress appointed Bui Hoang Tung as Secretary for the first term.
