Has anyone any information as to the legal issues in the following situation ?

A British male, married to a Malaysian citizen,and giving birth to a child in Thailand?

What would be the nationality of the child? Could they claim multiple nationalities?

What happens if the parents need to do "visa runs" ?.....does the child have to accompany them?

Not thai I'm afraid - one parent must be Thai for the baby to be Thai. :o

Malaysia does not recognize dual citizenship.
