There was a newspaper report a few weeks back asserting that all members of the police and army (their families included) were required to vote in favor of the new constitution. Were such orders actually issued? Does anyone have any followup on this??

i know of only one case the misses boss was telling me on saturday that she dosnt agree with it and wanted to vote no,but was voting yes because her husband is a high ranking copper who was also told he had to vote yes

thats what I wonder about all the allegations of paid votes etc, even if they are paid does someone stand over them in the voting booth and make sure they tick the right box? I would take the money and vote for who I wanted myself
