This should trouble everyone. A decent American shot down by an off duty ICE agent simply because the victim was celebrating the New Years.

Guess we are all potential victims if we try to celebrate in a customary manner. I for one am not going to blast my AK in the air anymore, rather, Ill just eat and drink and use a paper horn.

He allegedly told Porter Jr to drop the weapon multiple times before officials say Porter Jr fired off three shots at him.

The agent then returned fire with his service weapon and fatally shot him, according to officials.

So a man is firing an assault rifle into the air to celebrate new year. A neighbour tells him to stop but the man shoots at him 3 times. The neighbour then shot him in self defense.

What does this have to do with race or the neighbour's job? 🤔
