Well, in a way it is giggle. Lots of believers in QAnon were there. And they were suffering from the delusion that if they invaded the Capitol, it would precipitate The Storm which would result in a restoration of Trump and military tribunals resulting in the mass imprisonments and executions of members of The Deep States Satan worshipping pedophiles and Hollywood elites.

Sounds unbelievable now but you have to remember that there was a time when most Republicans actually believed that Barack Obama wasn't born in the United States and was ineligible to be President. Who was it who took over the unofficial leadership of that movement....? I've forgotten his name.
