Get a schengen visa from spanish embassy. Get proof of your address in spain perhaps from local cops plus your NIE? number or some utilty bill if its a holday home or if hotel or apartment letter from letting owner. make sure she has money in bank and just fill in the form and take to spanish embassy. Dont be too abitious with how long she wants to stay and make sure there is something for her to come back to, family, land, job, business etc etc. Spanish have their own interpretation of schengen visa and can sometimes ask for things they should not. Down load schengen visa form from any EU embassy website and check it out.
