Police Press Andrew’s Bodyguards: What Did They See?

Detectives have ordered protection officers assigned to Prince Andrew to reveal anything they witnessed while guarding the disgraced royal — including whether they “turned a blind eye” during his association with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Scotland Yard confirmed it has contacted current and former officers who worked closely with Andrew in a protection capacity. They have been asked to “consider carefully anything they saw or heard” that could assist ongoing reviews linked to material released in the so-called Epstein Files.

The move follows Andrew’s brief arrest by Thames Valley Police at his home on the Sandringham estate on suspicion of misconduct in public office. He was released under investigation after 11 hours of questioning.

Andrew, formerly the Duke of York, has faced allegations that he shared potentially sensitive documents with Epstein while serving as a UK trade envoy between 2001 and 2011. He has denied wrongdoing and has previously rejected claims by Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre that he had sexual encounters with her.

The Metropolitan Police said it has not received new allegations of sexual offences within its jurisdiction but confirmed it is reviewing material and separately assessing the conduct of officers who formed part of its Royalty and Specialist Protection unit.

A former senior protection officer told LBC that there were concerns in the past that officers may have grown “too close” to principals and feared professional consequences if they raised alarms. Police have not identified any wrongdoing by protection staff.

Political pressure is mounting. Former prime minister Gordon Brown said he submitted a memorandum to multiple forces urging a thorough review. Buckingham Palace said Charles III supports police inquiries and that “the law must take its course.”

Multiple UK forces are now assessing millions of pages of documents released by the US Department of Justice as scrutiny intensifies around Andrew’s past conduct and associations.

Key Takeaways

  1. Protection Officers Under Review – Scotland Yard has asked Andrew’s bodyguards, past and present, to disclose anything relevant they witnessed.

  2. No New Sexual Charges Yet – Police say no fresh sexual offence allegations within their jurisdiction have emerged, but investigations continue.

  3. Political and Royal Fallout Growing – Senior figures, including Gordon Brown, are pressing for action, while King Charles III has pledged full cooperation with investigators.

It's a modern day witch hunt ........... burn him!

US DOJ has thrown Andrew under the bus by not redacting his escapades while Trump's 30-odd thousand mentions lead to redactions. It's not slow walking like Hillary Clinton said, it's deliberate distration and subterfuge. King Charles should make an excuse to not visit the USA - not because Andrew is a suspect, but because the US DOJ are deliberately sending the hounds to UK on a misleading scent away from Trump's.

The Freemason's among them will close ranks on this.

To coin a phrase, "Nothing to see here. Move along now."

The USA should learn from that, going after the personal security guards it's a good move, the US should go after the guards and other responsible people that were involved in guarding Epstein, they should take a closer look at the finances of any and all involved in disconnecting the cameras, etc., people must have been paid good money for the dirty job, they can hide the money for a wile but sooner or later they will start to use it by purchasing expensive items, the FBI should follow the money or maybe they don't want to follow afraid of what they may find out and since the DOJ is corrupted to their core nothing will be done and the death of Epstein will remain called a suicide, what a cover up

There is one former police bodyguard that wrote a book about his time. He's been interviewed various times. Mostly talk about Andrew being uncooperative and bringing women into the palace without proper protocol.

Perverts! Did Andy want them all for himself, or could his boys join the party?
