BUILDING MANAGER REQUIRED IN BANGKOK

A RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM IS LOOKING TO FILL THE ABOVE POSITION Candidate will be Thai or Expatriate, MINIMUM AGE OF 35 Years. Strong Communication and English language skills required. levels of Service Quality that we demand and strive to achieve and maintain those standards8 Years + Experience in the management of Grade A Residential buildings or similar experience in the hospitality Industry managing Hotels or

Service ApartmentsSufficient knowledge of M&E systems to manage the onsite engineering Team and advise the Committee on the replacement/refurbishment of M&ESystems in the building.

Marketing Skills to develop and execute a Marketing Strategy for the building to assist owners in the leasing /sale of units maximizingoccupancy/sales prices. In return, we offer a competitive remuneration package including a base salary of no less than 60k baht per month with performance relatedbonus system.
