I just bought the Lahome 2lb model on Lazada. It was 1387 baht so I figured, what the hell. Any tips, tricks, suggestions? I have never used one before.

Menu 3 for all flour combinations, forget the milk powder.

Take the bread out immediately after cooking or it goes soggy.

Agree with BritMan, however l use menu 1 basic but will try menu 3.

I use dark crust as my preference.

I learnt not to add extra yeast (I thought the bread would rise better) but actually made the top deflate due to too much gas.

    Menu 3 gives it that little extra time to rise properly.

    Menu 1 the bread was a bit too solid.
