Though I use beef, as opposed to 50/50. No brown sauce though. A variety of dips, dependent on the accompaniment. Not a huge fan of boiled potatoes. 😊

I like to mince my own beef, make then kind of small and once in the pan I use a fork to flatten them out a bit. I get about 8 in a frying pan flattened out in real butter of course. My mom only used beef as well. The burgers with half pork are called karbonader.

Though I cannot claim to be any kind of expert.
