HEGSETH: Would you say he is a “dandy” ?

Dear Folks,

Ever since the Iran War came into full view, and since the time Hagseth, too, began flexing his muscles, in his too-tight-little suit-jackets, I have been wracking my brain trying to recall the image he most evokes, just based on my many decades of living.

image.png

Then, wouldn’t you know it?

Just about 5-minutes ago, it finally hit me.

I know, I know, I shouted.

Hagseth is the SPITTING IMAGE of the Dandy song, "Follower of Fashion", first sung by the glorious and very incisive KINKS. This band was just so cutting, and edgy, and intelligent for its day, and still is.

So, I don’t know if anyone here has ever heard this song, about Hagseth-style Fashion, but it goes like this:

https://youtu.be/pSnzFI2iwjw

Now that you have heard this song, I am sure that, every time you see Hagseth prance on stage at some news briefing, or somewhere else, like riding a white horse, or something, then….

This great Kinks song, and maybe even the Dandy song, will immediately pop up for you, too.

And, if Hagseth has not already led to the destruction of organized human civilization by that time, then..

You will, at least, have a good chuckle…

At his expense.

So, I hope that you will please not say I never gave you nothing.

Best regards,

Gamma

Note: Enjoy the tune. There is a silver lining in every fog of war, led by a crusader.

Note2: Davies was just so ahead of his time…that…he even predicted the arrival of Hagseth.

Note3: Do you think he pulls his pretty nylons on each morning, thinking....Look At Me.....I am a Princeton grad, and I will save the world for our righteous few TRUE believers....

Note4: But, hats off to Hagseth, because he looks just so very....BUFF....in his cute tiny jackets. How many hours, each morning, would you imagine he spends, wasting his time, staring at his image in his bedroom mirrors...because....He must have plenty of mirrors, placed strategically around his house.

I like girls so I dont look at men, except to see if they are armed.

"6 sets of 47 pushups" he's a dandy alright.............yes black shoes are a better choice 😉

I don't think he ever saw the Brylcreem commercial "A little dap will do ya". My pet name for him is Greasy Head Set. You can sometimes see the shine from where the "grease " meets his powder foundation makeup.

Personally, and it is a purely personal view, I think he is a mincing drunken ponce!

His tailors should carry a government health warning, his shoemaker is obviously colourblind. He obviously dips his head in a bucket of hair grease every morning. He is a racist misogynist, a liar, cheat, faux religion enthusiast with morals which match those of his leader.

As the more perceptive may realise, I don't like the fellow at all, sort of chap who sleeps in his vest!

Mind you, to be fair, I don't suppose he would think much of me!

Yes.

Nobody can logically disagree with you, these days...

Little Petie would not have been qualified to lead the San Diego County chapter of the Boy Scouts. He's a man of few accomplishments there's no question that he's feeling his oats now as he's never been in a position like this before. He was an incredibly minor host on a new show and then all of a sudden he was promoted to a very powerful position and he is no doubt the worst SEC DEF America has ever seen. He is a true talentless creep.

I think we have been here before but the Boy Scouts Movement require their leaders to be adults!

Could it be with Whisky Pete that the fabled Officers Confidential Report phrase originated:" his men will follow him anywhere - if only to see what he will do next!"

He's a prissy psychopath drunkard. He had a make-up room constructed next to his office, so that he's like his character on Fox when he addresses the (restricted) press, and makes ghoulish comments about blowing people up. He went into a tizzy because some of the photos of him published on various media were---in his prissy opinion---unflattering, as if that is what's most important in a time of war.

He has an abundance of tasteless and butt-ugly tattoos on a body that is hardly ripped. It's kind of a dad body, so it's a wonder he has his tailor make his clothes so tight. He needs some time in the gym, and he needs to cut back on the drinking. Maybe a little Ozempic to cut the body fat. Funny he barked about all the fatties at the Pentagon, when he hardly has the fitness of a athlete.

He has a horrific sense of operational security, too, and when he posted his comments on Signal he put serving pilots in harm's way as they were (later) going off to attack the Houtis in Sana'a.

What a manly man you are! Just to clarify, does this mean you'll make an exception for guys who're armed'? Would you go mano-a-mano with a guy if he's packin' a real pistol?

Nothing wrong in that, this is a safe space!thumbsup

Back on topic:

Hegseth talks like a 14 y/o kid high on testosterone, and with a vocabulary derived solely from playing online war games.

He's so utterly out of his league it's embarrassing to watch him during pressers, because deep down he seems to know this himself. The "deer in the headlights" look isn't only because he'd kill for a drink, it's because he really wanna scream "Mommy, I want to go home!"

I can't even imagine the extent to which the troops and the officers despise this man, and the degree of incredibly low regard that the higher ranked officers have for him. I hesitate to call him a lightweight because I really don't want to insult the lightweights of the world.

It's hard for me to even invision him as the manager of a Kmart.

I imagine that the enlisted crew of USS Gerald Ford would push him off of the deck if they had a chance.

There is an answer to the question on The Guardian

‘A very dangerous person’: alarm as Pete Hegseth revels in carnage of Iran war.

rash and bellicose, he sounded more like a cartoon bully than a sombre statesman. “Death and destruction from the sky all day long,” Pete Hegseth, wearing a red, white and and blue tie and pocket square, bragged to reporters at the Pentagon near Washington. “This was never meant to be a fair fight, and it is not a fair fight. We are punching them while they’re down, which is exactly how it should be.”

If they could do a pay-per-view on that it would likely be bigger than that Mayweather's last major fight. I would pay $100 to see that. But it would have to be at least a hundred miles offshore.

So. Other than that, he's OK. Sleeps in his vest? The cad. Not a gentleman, that's for sure.😉

Talking of great big <deleted>off aircraft carriers, do you reckon Hegseth will ever get a USN ship named after his ass?

Should have been: Who would not approve of your incisive and descriptive comment?

Meaning this one...

"So. Other than that, he's OK. Sleeps in his vest? The cad. Not a gentleman, that's for sure.😉"
