No Diesel

Featured Replies

Yesterday i managed to snag 2 x 500 Baht top up of Diesel, today i try to top my car and after trying 8 various filling stations all the Diesel was sold out. Was told they have no idea when the tanker will refill.

I thought that there may be some power diesel left due to the high cost, but that also has all gone.

Yeah, same in Uttaradit and Loei provinces although I didn't check Loei city.

Yeah same Chonburi.

Had to leave my pickup at work because I could not get fuel.

Luckily can still get E85 for my other car... but for how long who knows !

Wake up call time ... be a prepper. OK, no need to go all in now, BUT, one should seriously think about being a wee bit more independent of others.

Depending on age & finances. People may want to seriously consider solar and BEV, IF not living in a '15 minute city'.

The SIL is stuck at home because he can't get diesel. I went to four petrol stations yesterday; one was closed, the second and third had run out, and the fourth had diesel but wouldn't let me fill my jerry can. I think I saw more petrol (?diesel) tankers around yesterday.

The PTT nearest us was out of diesel yesterday but still had petrol.

Staff said a diesel delivery was expected today middayish.

Prior to departing Chiang Rai last week, they were filling these 1.000 l tanks on the bed of a pick up. Yesterday in Ubon i asked for 200 Baht of 95, and they refused to put in a Jerry can.

In our Amphoe, no diesel, and checking Lazada for reserve tanks, starts to get limited, especially 10L and up.

Fill up the car, and empty it to your spear tank, repeat.

Yeah, thats why most station are imposing a Bt.500.00 limit.

Got a 23 year old Vios that takes 91. No problems filling up anywhere.

It just goes and goes. Cheap motoring at its best.

Was informed some outlets in Ubon, are stating they only have power diesel available ?. All this <deleted> is going to end up to a money making racket.

Never mind. All will be well. The guvamint has it all in hand.
