Among the many ways an independent, non-captured outsider knows Trump leads a cult is to pay attention when Trump says something crazy. When he first raised the idea of seizing Greenland, all the MAGAs came out saying, "He's just trolling the libs". When Trump kept repeating it, so people knew he was serious, MAGAs changed to "great idea!" In the stolen classified documents fiasco, the cult believed BOTH that Trump "declassified with his mind" as well as "the FBI planted the docs".

Also, the cult still calls him the Peace POTUS and is as miffed as Trump he did not get the Nobel...all in spite of the reality he blows up fishing boats in the Caribbean with double taps, and has bombed Iran, Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Nigeria, Somalia and attacked Venezuela and Ecuador. Now he's going to put boots on the ground in Iran, though none will be named Trump, nor will any be sons or daughters of his Mar-a-Lago members. No doubt he'll grift off that the same way he uses his Tweets to manipulate equity and crude markets.

He is completely and totally transactional and everything's about money, favors or leverage. The US used to use those commodities as a way to gain favor throughout the world, now Trump is using them as a bludgeon and a sledgehammer.

He cares not one I iota for the common man, the economic pain and hardship that he's causing throughout the world right now is amble proof of that.

It's just one more reason why billionaires should never be allowed to run for president, nor should they be allowed to be cabinet members, they have absolutely no clue what's going on in the rest of our lives.
