Fresh from his defeat, or at best a Pyrrhic Victory in Iran, the demented psychopath Trump is once again eying Greenland.

Perhaps believing it's still the 18th Century, Trump has dreams of attacking a NATO ally to steal land to which the US has zero claim. Article 5 of the NATO Charter gets a little tricky when it's a NATO member attacking another NATO member. Because Trump would be the aggressor, other NATO members would be obliged to attack the US. I suppose France or the UK could do the needful and drop a Cruise missile into Mar-a-Lago some weekend and remove the threat. If the US CIA has provided allies like the UK with the infamous "Flying Ginsu", the bladed missile that minced Ayman al Zawahiri, that could be a nice tactical, no collateral damage method of eradicating the threat to a NATO member. Other than the captured cult of MAGAs, most people would welcome such a strike, even celebrate it.

Members of the armed forces face something more difficult, as an order to attack Greenland would be an illegal order, and no one would be obligated to follow it. In fact, it would probably be morally justifiable, though not legally justifiable, to frag their commanding officers. This Trumpian nonsense has to stop somewhere.

It truly is time for invoking the 25th Amendment. Trump is criminally insane. He has threatened genocide in Iran, and now he is turning his attention to a NATO ally.
