Joey’s 3-MeatBall Pizza: How much do you miss CT fine dining?

Featured Replies

Dear Folks,

Don’t you just love reviews done by the Common Man about his favorite Common Food?

Also, there is much to be said for the State of CT, especially around New London, and even more exclusive enclaves, where I once lived when I was young.

I have fond memories of Greenwich CT, and also Old Black Point.

I guess Greenwich is named after some city or town in the UK.

The nice thing about CT is that you can find pizza almost anywhere you go.

Have you ever eaten at Joey’s Pizza Pie shop, for example?

Maybe I will include a link down below.

Also, it seems that you can order as many meatballs as you like in combination with your pizza, and pile it high.

So, what do you think?

Is it worth hopping a plane right now, and heading on over to Joey’s, sitting in a rental car, and scarfing/chowing down?

The only thing I might improve at Joey’s is the Dress Code.

No bald heads showing, or you do not get served.

And, please shave….(everywhere)....

This is the Good Old USA, for sure.

And, to think, so many around the world are dying to get in….

Must be the great pizza….maybe.

Now please excuse me…

While I drool……

Regards,

Gamma

Never made it to CT. Bar Harbor Maine, for Lobster munches. We use to handle a commuter that flew the PHL - BHB route with puddle jumpers. Could hop a ride for free.

Cool little town, and popped up a few times. Never really explored upper NE. Buffalo, over to Ontario / Niagara, , Catskills & NYC, is about it. Self driving, camping mostly, and lovely times, except NYC, what an congested, expensive sh!thole, compared to Philly.

Gotta admit, though....

As a fine actor...

Marlon carried his weight quite well.
