My marriage visa and WP are due for renewal on the 7th May. Due to work commitments my wife can only assist me on monday 27th and not monday 4th. Im assuming I can do both on the 27th even though its a week before?

Can anyone confirm if alternatively its possible to renew the WP after its expiry i.e. Monday 11th may. Knowing this info will save me a trip to the labor office to ask them.

You can apply for a 1 year extension of stay based on marriage up to 30 days in advance of your existing extension expiring (45 days early at certain IO's).

If your WP expires, you cannot simply 'renew' it, you must start a new application process (WP3) as if it were your first time.

for renewals of WP what is the form? Is it less docs? Can I apply for 2 yrs ext instead of 1 yr?

I'm pretty sure it's all done online now.

I think they closed the online system for some unknown reason.

You'll need a valid Non B again first, then you apply exactly as you did last year, same form, same documents.
