Rodtang Jitmueangnon’s contract dispute with ONE Championship remains unsettled, despite reports in some Thai media suggesting the matter had been wrapped up. The conflict began after Rodtang said his deal had expired and claimed he was a free agent, while ONE insisted he was still under contract. He also alleged that his signature had been forged on more than 30 contract documents, prompting the promotion to threaten legal action over what it called misleading and defamatory claims. Talks did confirm that his scheduled bout with Takeru Segawa in Japan will still go ahead. Any final resolution appears to have been pushed until after that fight.
