Jimjim
When buying ginseng in Thailand, is labeled in English whether they used red or white ginseng? I seem to remember everything on the boxes usually being in Korean language.
John K
That is because the best quality is from Korea. Is there a difference for your need where one is better?
Jimjim
From my research red ginseng appears the best prepared to hold the best properties of ginseng.

chinadarling
I believe red ginseng is hot and white is neural never taken real red as it is expensive depends on your qi and why you are taking it. find out if I am right and then don't take red unless you need it. Jimjim
What do you mean by hot and neural? From my research, I see nothing of that. The main difference in red and white seems to be in how the ginseng is harvested and then prepared, but they are both panax ginseng. I think red primarily comes from korea
