Virginia judge halts redistricting referendum certification for now

"When they go low, we go low"

"Judge Hurley agreed with the Republicans that the question’s partisan language was misleading and fell short of what is acceptable to present to voters. The judge further sided with Republicans, ruling the referendum violates the state constitution’s timing requirements".

Just when you thought they were gonna get away with a hasty plan to screw their opposition, they got denied .

How do we call that again, activist judges.

Court shopping for an activist judge........weak......already action has been taken to appeal..........the Virginia Supreme Court is well aware of this judge and has already overturned his rulings from earlier this year.

hast makes waste.

Judge Jack Hurley Jr., ruled that Dems did not follow the correct procedure for a constitutional amendment.

Below looks like the same shenanigans the Trump admin went through with far left Marxist judges.

"General Jay Jones said in a statement. "As I said last night, Virginia voters have spoken, and an activist judge should not have veto power over the people’s vote. We look forward to defending the outcome of last night's election in court".

What are you going to do, and how do you think you will be feeling come November? Both Trump and Bannon seem to think they will be going to jail and are basically beginning to beg for vote.

The average American has been hurt by the present administration and will let that be know at the polls. They are beginning to see through the plethora of BS they have been fed the since the last election. Immigration, the economy, war, subsidies are all going to haunt Trump and his cronies.

Better luck next time the plan the far left radicals drew up was unconstitutional.

I guess if that ruling holds, it will set the precedent to throw away what Texas and other GOP-run States did.

Looks like a win regardless for the Dems.

The ruling was related to how the referendum was carried out.
